Meltzer

MERRIMACK – Ronald P. Meltzer, 36, of Weare, faces felony indecent exposure charges after he allegedly exposed his genitalia to a juvenile victim at least three separate times.

According to Merrimack police, officers investigated Meltzer for indecent exposure, felonious sexual assault and attempted felonious sexual assault on March 15.

Upon investigation, police came to believe Meltzer exposed his genitalia to a juvenile on at least three separate occasions. When the investigation concluded, a warrant was drafted for Meltzer’s arrest.

Thursday, Meltzer surrendered himself to police and was processed on the charges. Meltzer was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on May 9 at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
