BEDFORD – Jose Munoz, 26, of New Boston, was taken into custody on Dec. 14 following a police pursuit that ended in Bedford.
According to State Police, at 12:23 a.m., Trooper Brian Knell observed Munoz in a 2018 BMW 3 Series traveling 123 miles per hour on Interstate 293 north in Manchester.
Knell attempted to conduct a traffic stop; however, Munoz allegedly refused to pull over. Traveling west on Rt. 101, Munoz took the Kilton Road exit in Bedford and pulled into a parking lot.
