Nashua man wanted on Tennessee charges

NASHUA – Jinkong Lin, 34, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Feb. 9 as a fugitive from justice.
According to the Nashua Police Department, officers made contact with Lin in Nashua District Court. After further investigation, detectives reportedly discovered that he was wanted in Tennessee for conspiracy to commit theft of more than $2,500 and financial exploitation of the elderly.
Lin was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Feb. 10.
Under federal and Tennessee law, if convicted, he could face up to 23 years in prison and up to $8,000 in fines.
