Nashua Police announce 22 drug arrests
NASHUA – During September and October, the Nashua Police Department arrested the following 22 individuals for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses.
Christopher Hayes, 42, was arrested twice and charged each time with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl); subsequent offense, driving after revocation or suspension and an out of town warrant. Hayes was released both times on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Hayes could face up to 32 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $12,000 in fines.
Kaylee Colon, 26, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl) and criminal trespass. Colon was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Colon could face up to eight years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $6,000 in fines.
Jose Perez-Atanacio, 66, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (cocaine). Perez-Atanacio was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Perez-Atanacio could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Bryan Ferreira Nunes, 33, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (cocaine) and falsifying physical evidence. Ferreira Nunes was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Ferreira Nunes could face up to 14 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
Robert Parker, 38, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl), prohibitions and driving after revocation or suspension. Parker was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Parker could face up to nine years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
Jared Hayward, 41, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl). Hayward was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Hayward could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Hayden Wilburn, 32, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (methamphetamine and fentanyl) and falsifying physical evidence. Wilburn was held without bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Wilburn could face up to 21 years in prison, up to 15 years of probation and up to $12,000 in fines.
Maria Leduc, 48, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine); subsequent offense. Leduc was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Leduc could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Ethan Villemaire, 35, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl), criminal trespass, resisting arrest or detention and being a fugitive from justice on a warrant issued out of Vermont. Villemaire was held without bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Villemaire could face up to nine years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
James Sogness, 37, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine). Sogness was held without bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Sogness could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Christina Tuttle, 41, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine and fentanyl); subsequent offense. Tuttle was held without bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Tuttle could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
Ein Nickerson, 42, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute (cocaine and fentanyl); subsequent offense and a Capias warrant. Nickerson was held without bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Nickerson could face up to 60 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines.
Courtney Lavalle, 27, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine and fentanyl); subsequent offense and falsifying physical evidence. Lavalle was held on cash bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Lavalle could face up to 37 years in prison, up to 15 years of probation and up to $12,000 in fines.
Stephanie Lescard, 35, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (buprenorphine/naloxone) subsequent offense. Lescard was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Lescard could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Efrain Lazu Ortiz, 34, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine). Lazu Ortiz was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Lazu Ortiz could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Alexandria Iannotti, 28, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine). Iannotti was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Iannotti could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Maria Quintana, 45, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl). Quintana was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Quintana could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Scott Frost, 24, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug (crack cocaine). Frost was held on a cash bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Frost could face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000.
Promice Fannon, 39, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug (crack cocaine); subsequent offense as well as dealing or possessing prescription drugs. Fannon was held on a cash bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Fannon could face up to 31 years in prison and a fine of up to $502,000.
Anthony Tidwell, 29, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (buprenorphine/naloxone); subsequent offense and driving after revocation or suspension; subsequent offense. Tidwell was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Fannon could face up to 16 years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $6,000 in fines.
Jonathan Bennett, 27, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug (fentanyl) and resisting arrest or detention. Bennett was held on a cash bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Bennett could face up to 31 years in prison and a fine of up to $502,000.
Jason Soto, 45, was arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine); subsequent offense. Soto was held on a cash bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Soto could face up to 22 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
