Nashua Police arrest 19 on drug charges

NASHUA – From March 1 to April 3, the Nashua Police Department arrested 19 individuals for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses. These individuals are as follows:

Nicholas Ardizzone, 37, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine), subsequent offense. He was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Ardizzone could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Rose Johnson, 29, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl) subsequent offense and possession of controlled drugs (buprenorphine and naloxone), subsequent offense. She was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Johnson could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Florence Alleyne, 44, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (cocaine). She was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Alleyne could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Alexandra Iannotti, 29, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (methamphetamine). She was held pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Iannotti could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Shawna Dexter, 38, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl). She was released on personal recognizance pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Dexter could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

William Schultz, 35, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute (fentanyl and methamphetamine). He was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Schultz could face up to 60 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines.

Carlos Santiago Rosario, 26, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl). He was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Santiago Rosario could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Melvin Campbell, Jr., 25, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute (cocaine and marijuana). He was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Campbell could face up to 60 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines.

Stephanie Dumas, 35, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug (fentanyl), subsequent offense, Special Felony. She was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Dumas could face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000.

Jerome Lemieux, 41, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (clonazepam) and resisting arrest/detention. He was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Lemieux could face up to eight years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $6,000 in fines.

Shawn Grant, 47, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled drugs (buprenorphine and naloxone). He was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Grant could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Chayse Moynihan, 29, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl), subsequent offense. He was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Moynihan could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Jared Hayward, 42, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl). He was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Hayward could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

James Henry, 57, was arrested and charged with transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine), subsequent offense. He was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Henry could face up to eight years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $6,000 in fines.

Christopher Spencer, 30, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine). He was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted Spencer could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Julio Morales, 42, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine), subsequent offense. He was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted Morales could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Natasha Jackson, 35, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute (fentanyl) and possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense (crack cocaine). She was held on preventative detention pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted Jackson could face up to 45 years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $504,000 in fines.

Raymond Sinclair, 71, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl), subsequent offense and possession of controlled drugs (buprenorphine and naloxone), subsequent offense. He was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted Sinclair could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Luis Bodon, 19, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute (cocaine) and possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine). He was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted Bodon could face up to 37 years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $504,000 in fines.
