Rhode Island man charged with theft at Royal Crest

NASHUA – Bradley Aiken, 21, of Riverside, R.I., was taken into custody on March 31 on a warrant stemming from an alleged theft at Royal Crest Apartments.
According to the Nashua Police Department, on Feb. 12, officers responded to the scene at 1 Newcastle Dr. The victim allegedly told police that Aiken had stolen her vehicle and her French bulldog.
Aiken has been charged with theft by unauthorized taking as both a Class A Felony and a Class A Misdemeanor.
He was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on April 1.
Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 16 years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $6,000 in fines.
