Nashua Police make 18 drug arrests

NASHUA – During the months of July and August, the Nashua Police Department arrested the following 18 individuals for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses.

Kemi Jones, 46, was arrested and charged with four counts of selling a controlled drug (crack cocaine and methamphetamine). Jones was released on a $400 cash bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Jones could face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000.

Angelique McClintock, 24, was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine, fentanyl, alprazolam). McClintock was held pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, McClintock could face up to 21 years in prison, up to 15 years of probation and up to $12,000 in fines.

Marissa Powell, 35, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine and fentanyl)-subsequent offense and criminal trespass. Powell was released on a $120 cash bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Powell could face up to 31 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $10,000 in fines.

Tobby Gagnon, 50, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl and crack cocaine)-subsequent offense. Gagnon was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Gagnon could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Tyler Leighton, 31, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine and fentanyl). Leighton was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Leighton could face up to 14 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Manuel Jones, 28, was arrested and charged with five counts of possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl, crack cocaine, mdma, clonazepam, zolpidem tartrate)-subsequent offense and dealing/possessing prescription drugs (gabapentin). Jones was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Jones could face up to 76 years in prison, up to 25 years of probation and up to $22,000 in fines.

Katherine Bathrick, 37, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine)-subsequent offense and license required. Bathrick was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Bathrick could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $5,200 in fines.

Mario Morgan, 41, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine) – subsequent offense. Morgan was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Morgan could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Kevin Coutu, 35, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine and fentanyl)-subsequent offense. Coutu was released on a $500 cash bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Bathrick could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Noah Liss, 32, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine and fentanyl). Liss was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Liss could face up to 14 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Erica Lake, 36, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine) – subsequent offense. Lake was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Lake could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Courtney Lavalle, 27, was arrested and charged with three counts of sale of a controlled drug (crack cocaine and fentanyl) and possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl). Lavalle was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Lavalle could face up to 97 years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $504,000 in fines.

Laura Gettings, 34, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl) – subsequent offense. Gettings was held on a $500 cash bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Gettings could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Donna Kelly, 51, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine and fentanyl)-subsequent offense. Kelly also had an active Capias warrant and was held without bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Kelly could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Gerald Hebert, 51, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine). Hebert was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Hebert could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Alissa Gutierrez, 31, was arrested and charged with four counts of possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine, oxycodone hydrochloride, methamphetamine, clonazepam), possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute (cocaine), two counts of dealing in or possessing prescription drugs (dextroamphetamine and clonidine) and possession of drugs in motor vehicle. Gutierrez was being held without bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Gutierrez could face up to 61 years in prison, up to 20 years of probation and up to $522,000 in fines.

Randy Scanlon, 49, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl)-subsequent offense and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Scanlon was being held pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Scanlon could face up to 16 years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $6,000 in fines.

Jeremy Lurie, 32, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine). Lurie was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, Lurie could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
