City man facing burglary charges

NASHUA – Ethan Luksha, 34, of Nashua, was taken into custody on July 27 in connection with an alleged burglary on Williams Street.
According to the Nashua Police Department, on July 17, officers responded to Williams Street, interviewed Luksha and identified him as their suspect.
He has been charged with burglary, three counts of criminal trespass, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking of less than $1,000 and criminal mischief.
Luksha was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Aug. 27.
Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 21 years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $16,000 in fines.
