Nashua man charged with series of sexual assaults

NASHUA – Thomas Jardine, 41, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Feb. 27 on a warrant accusing him of committing a series of sexual assaults on a teenage girl.

According to the Nashua Police Department, officers received a report on Nov. 7, 2024 indicating that Jardine had been sexually assaulting the victim during a three-year period. The assaults allegedly took place when the victim, whom Jardine knew, was between the ages of 13 and 16 years old.

Jardine has been charged with four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern, manufacturing child sexual abuse images, aggravated felonious sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, certain uses of computer prohibited services and two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Jardine was held without bail pending and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Feb. 18.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 154 years in prison, up to five years probation and up to $12,000 in fines.
