High School Highlights: North boys hoop stops Alvirne

Ivan Nyantenji and Andres Hulfachor both had career nights for the Panthers (2-3) finding the basket for 27 and 24 points.
Meshack Mugariri scored 18 points for the Broncos (1-4) in their third straight loss.
South welcomes Pinkerton on Friday and Alvirne visits Nashua North on Friday.

Joey Dasilva netted 20 of his 31 points in the first half as the 4-1 Jaguars won in
Tomahawks country.
Merrimack falls to 3-2 and will travel to Dover on Friday.

A valiant effort was put forth for the Cavaliers (2-3) suffering from the flu and missing their top two scorers. Adam Razzaboni and Matt Dias made the most of their playing time leading the team with 19 and 17 points

The Cardinals (3-1) received balanced scoring from Dylan Santosuosso and Sam Mullett (14 points each) and had a strong defensive effort from Lucas Baker to pace the
Cardinals.
Guertin survived a late three point shooting flurry from Concord’s Ivan Yen of Concord who hit seven three point shots to finish with 23 points on the evening.
BG travels to Goffstown on Friday.
Girls basketball
Campbell 46,
Hillsboro-Deering 43
The Cougars (4-3) hold on for the win after jumping out to an early 13-4 lead in the first quarter.
Leading the score column for Campbell were Tori Allen (16), Karleigh Schultz (13), Riley Gamache (seven) and Kristina Castellano (six).
Campbell travels to Fall Mountain on Friday.
Merrimack 46,
Windham 38
The Tomahawks (6-0) win a scrappy game to secure their sixth win in a row.
Leading the way for the Merrimack were Theresa Twardosky with 15, Heather Roye scored eight, Samantha Page and Riley Crampton with six each.
Merrimack hosts Dover on Friday.

Elisabeth Stapelfeld has a 19 points night as the Cavs (6-0) record their sixth straight win.
Christina Balsamo and Amanda Goclowski scored 13 and 10 points respectively for the offense.
Elizabeth Bonnette pulled down 13 rebounds.
Hollis Brookline takes its undefeated record on the road to Kingswood on Friday.
Nashua North 43,
Londonderry 30
The Titans (1-4) go on the road and win their first game of the season.
Grace Cardin led North with 14 points, while Lilly Brooks and Kaitlyn Laurendi each had seven points.
North outscored the Lancers 11-3 in the fourth quarter to boost them to the lead.
The Titans travel to Alvirne on Friday.
Swimming
SOUHEGAN
The Sabers performed well in the recent Bobcat Invitational, with Amanda Ulicny leading the way with a first in the 50 freestyle in 5:07.21, breaking both the school and meet record.
She also broke the school record in the 200 free with a second place finish in 1:53.97. Ulicny was also fifth in the 100 breast stroke.
Also for the Sabers, Miles Lim was third in the 200 free in 1:49.97, and fourth in both the 100 free (51.07) and 100 back (1:01.09).
Alexa Leary was also fifth in the 500 free in 6:05.06.
