City man charged with damaging vehicle on Tolles Street

NASHUA – Joseph Metsiou, 43, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Jan. 13 on a felony warrant for criminal mischief.

According to the Nashua Police Department, on Dec. 20, 2025, officers responded to a home on Tolles Street. Metsiou had allegedly used a metal object to strike the hood of a parked vehicle causing “substantial damage.”

In speaking with detectives, Metsiou claimed that the damage to the vehicle stemmed from an “ongoing neighbor dispute.”

Metsiou was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Feb. 12.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
