Three Nashuans nabbed by State Police during saturation patrol

BEDFORD – Nashua residents Mason Tanner, Nikkita Thoueithaisong and Emmanuel Deng were three of 10 individuals who were taken into custody on Feb. 22 during a State Police saturation patrol on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.

According to police, Tanner, 19, has been charged with possession of more than three-quarters of an ounce of marijuana, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and exceeding the speed limit by more than 26 miles per hour. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to two years in jail, up to $2,846 in fines and having his driver’s license suspended for up to 60 days.

Thoueithaisong, 21, has been charged with having a suspended vehicle registration. Under state law, if convicted, Thoueithaisong could face a fine of up to $250.

Deng, 19, has been charged with operating with a suspended driver’s license. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to one year in jail, a fine of up to $500 and having his current suspension extended by up to one year.

The seven other individuals placed under arrest include William Hurd, 37, of Haverhill, Mass., David LaPierre, 63, of Lyndeborough as well as Manchester residents Rene Johnson, 46,

Juleigh Belanger, 21, Cristian Gamarra, 29, Matheus Lehmkuhl, 23, and Audrina Jernigan, 17.

In addition to the arrests, troopers stopped 115 vehicles and issued 68 citations.
