City man accused of CSAI distribution

NASHUA – Noah Hesse, 27, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Oct. 9 for the alleged distribution of child sexual abuse images.
According to the Nashua Police Department, in July, officers received a CyberTipline Report indicating the presence of CSAI. After further investigation, detectives allegedly connected Hesse with the online account that was listed in the report.
As the investigation continued, detectives learned that Hesse was on probation for a similar matter in 2022. In February of that year, he was charged with two counts of CSAI distribution, two counts of CSAI possession, three counts of indecent exposure and lewdness as well as certain uses of prohibited computer services.
Police seized his electronic devices while searching his home and reportedly found evidence linking Hesse with CSAI.
He has been charged with three counts of CSAI distribution and three counts of CSAI possession.
Hesse was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Oct. 10.
Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 105 years in prison, up to 15 years of probation and up to $12,000 in fines.
