LONDONDERRY – Brad Cerullo, 46, of Londonderry, was taken into custody on March 25 for allegedly cyberstalking a Massachusetts woman for more than four years.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Cerullo targeted the victim using various online platforms including social media and text messaging.

Between March 2021 and May 2025, the woman received approximately 72 text messages from at least 26 unknown senders. Many of the messages were sent from Voice over Internet Protocol numbers, two of which were allegedly traced back to Cerullo.

The messages allegedly contained sexually provocative statements and included a post stating that the victim wanted to be sexually assaulted. More than 340 photos, including sexually explicit images and videos, were reportedly taken from a secure device that the victim had in her possession. In addition, 10 social media accounts were reportedly used to “further a campaign to shame, defame, harass or otherwise cause the victim substantial emotional distress.”

Cerullo has been charged with stalking by electronic means. He is currently detained and was scheduled to appear in federal court in Boston on March 27.

Under federal law, if convicted, he could face up to five years in prison, up to three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.
