NASHUA – Jitender Miglani, 51, of Hollis, was taken into custody on Aug. 4 in connection with a theft from Drut Technologies on July 26.

According to the Nashua Police Department, the item that was reportedly stolen was valued at more than $1,500.

Although Miglani returned the item, he has still been charged with receiving stolen property valued at more than $1,501.

Miglani was released on a $2,500 cash bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Sept. 9.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
