Barrington man charged with domestic violence, arson

NASHUA – David Vasquez-Larkin, 39, of Barrington, was taken into custody on July 19 for a domestic violence incident and arson.
According to the Nashua Police Department, on the morning of July 17, officers responded to a building fire on Arlington Street.
Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division later learned that the owner of the building had filed a Domestic Violence Protection Order against Vasquez-Larkin. They also discovered that he was previously convicted of another domestic violence incident involving the same victim.
He has been charged with stalking-domestic violence (subsequent offense), arson and violating a protective order.
He was denied bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on July 21.
Under state law, if convicted, Vasquez-Larkin could face up to 23 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $10,000 in fines.
