City man facing lewdness charge

NASHUA – Jeiner Lopera-Rendon, 28, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Oct. 19 for an alleged lewdness incident.
According to the Nashua Police Department, officers received a report from the parent of a young girl indicating that her boyfriend, Lopera-Rendon, had touched her in an inappropriate manner.
Lopera-Rendon has been charged with indecent exposure and lewdness.
He was held on preventative detention and was scheduled to be arraigned in the Nashua District Court on Oct. 20.
Under state law, if convicted, Lopera-Rendon could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
