Police now say person in custody only suspect in Sky Meadow shooting; reportedly one dead
NASHUA -- Police have a suspect in custody and now say, according to reports, that there is not another suspect in a shooting with what was termed multiple victims at Sky Meadow Country Club. New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella and Nashua Police Department Chief Kevin Rourke have said that one man was killed and several wounded. One report said at least a half a dozen were wounded but there was no official confirmation. However, police now say there is no public threat. Police made the determination there was only one gunman after reviewing surveillance footage, reports said. Earlier police were reportedly searching for a second suspect and residents of Dunstable, Mass. areas of Thorndike, High and Hardy streets were ordered to shelter in place by local Emergency Management there, according to reports, due to a police manhunt.
