WALTHAM, Mass. – Freshman forward Jacob Newcombe scored two goals and senior goalie Kyle Chauvette of Goffstown posted a shutout with 22 saves as the University of New Hampshire men’s hockey team defeated Bentley, 3-0, on Saturday evening at Bentley Arena in non-conference action.

Senior captain Morgan Winters also scored a goal for the Wildcats and junior defenseman Brendan Fitzgerald tallied a multi-point game with two assists for two points.

The Wildcats improve to 7-7-0, while the Falcons fall to 8-5-1.
