Red Sox officially announce Major League coaching staff

BOSTON –The Boston Red Sox Thursday announced the following changes to the Major League coaching staff:
Andrew Bailey was hired as pitching coach on November 21, 2023.
Andy Fox has been named first base coach, after serving as field coordinator for the past two seasons (2022-23). He will also coordinate infield instruction.
Kyle Hudson has been named third base coach, after serving as first base coach in 2023. In addition, he will coordinate baserunning and outfield instruction.
Besides obviously Alex Cora (manager), Ramón Vázquez (bench coach), Pete Fatse (hitting coach), Luis Ortiz (assistant hitting coach), Ben Rosenthal (assistant hitting coach), Kevin Walker (bullpen coach), and Jason Varitek (game planning coordinator) will resume their roles on the Major League coaching staff. Varitek will also resume his role as catching coach.
