Virtual Induction Video for Nashua Hall of Fame available Saturday

The Nashua Hall of Fame virtual induction ceremony will be available on line and also on Nashua ETV on Saturday.

NASHUA — The wait is over.

The Virtual Induction Video for the Nashua Athletics Hall of Fame’s 11th induction will is available for viewing this weekend beginning Saturday at 9 a.m.

The induction video will be available two ways: On YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PooAwlqWRg, or on Nashua ETV channel 99 or livestream https://www.nashuanh.gov/824/Nashua-ETV-Live-Stream at 9:00 am and 8:00 p.m.

In addition to the induction video, a playlist of the full-length interviews with the 11 inductees will be available at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLI2ZwD8K9qY6AzYEHRV0aAlwBkb3X-vJN.

The inductees for the 11th induction, and first in some 20 years, are a combination of athletes, coaches, and contributors:

Kole Ayi, Bob DeMello (posthumously), Farley Gates, Laura Gerraughty Ekstrand, Trevor Knight, Kendall Reyes, Mark Russell (posthumously), Amy Ruston, Al Savage, John Schroeder,and Brad Zapenas.

The next induction, which is planned to be an in-person ceremony, will be held in 2023.
