Locals dominate Division I Girls Soccer All-State Team

Exeter may own Divison I girls soccer as a team right now with a long winning streak and two straight state titles, but this area owns the Division I All State team.

A whopping 16 locals were named to the team, including six First Teamers, five of them midfielders.

Alvirne has Kelly Perry at First Team midfield, Lyla Davis as a Second Team defender, and Paige Boudreau as an Honorable Mention forward.

Bishop Guertn, meanwhile, had an area high four player: Delaney Ramahlo, First Team defense; Martha Lord, First Team midfield; Alyson Guerette, Second Team defense, and Madeline Neily, Honorable Mention forward.

Nashua North had senior mainstay Emilee Deleo (First Team midfield), Ashley Goh (Second Team midfield) and Makayla O’Brien (Honorable Mention defense). For Nashua South,Camile Machon was a First Team midfielder, goalkeeper Haleigh Swabowicz was named to the Second Team, while freshman Soraya Ross an Honorable Mention forward.

Merrimack’s Siobhan McMakin was a First Team midfielder, Lucy Cote a Second Team defender and Isabella Saxon was an Honorable Mention midfielder.
