By Dean Shalhoup - Senior Staff Reporter | Jan 13, 2023

MANCHESTER — Lorraine Springer-Aidoo hasn’t been seen since the afternoon of Wednesday, Jan. 4, when she was leaving Manchester West High School just after noontime.

Now, police are reaching out to the public in hopes someone knows the whereabouts of the 17-year-old, or perhaps has information that may help authorities locate her.

Police said Lorraine, who is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds, was last seen walking east across Main Street near West High. She was carrying a red backpack and a dark-colored jacket at the time.

Lorraine wears red-rimmed glasses and has long hair that is partly white and partly black.

Anyone with information about Lorraine’s whereabouts is asked to call Manchester police at 668-8711.
