Arrest made in Railroad Square shooting

NASHUA — Police last evening took into custody Brennan Bergerson, 22, in connection with the shooting early Sunday morning that sent an unidentified man to the hospital for treatment of four gunshot wounds, police said.

Bergerson, of 103 Cadogan Way, faces multiple felony charges, including four counts of first-degree assault, Class A felonies that represent the four shots Bergerson allegedly fired.

Bergerson was arraigned today in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on a total of six charges, and was ordered held in jail.
