19-Year-Old arrested for DUI twice in same night

By Staff | Jul 30, 2021

Anthony Ou

PELHAM – Nineteen-year-old Anthony Ou of Lowell, Massachusetts, entered the lobby of the Pelham Police Department at 6:03 am on July 28021. He told the dispatcher that was arrested earlier in the night and requested his property back. Corporal Kasiske became suspicious as Pelham Police had not arrested anyone that night.

Cpl. Kasiske spoke with Anthony and learned that he was arrested for DUI in Hudson after a crash in their town at about 1:00 am. He determined that Anthony drove himself to the Pelham Police Department and was confused about his location. He observed indicators of impairment during the conversation. Anthony was arrested for DUI, Breach of Bail Conditions, and Operating After Suspension after the investigation in the lobby. The property he was searching for was located in his pants pocket during booking.

Anthony was released to a responsible, sober adult after posting bail. He is scheduled to appear in the Salem District Court for arraignment on Monday, August 16, 2021, at 8:00 am. Anthony’s booking photo is attached. Please refer to the Hudson, NH Police Department press release for more information on their arrest and investigation. Questions about Pelham’s case can be directed to Captain Stephen Toom, (603) 635-2411 or stoom@pelhampolice.com.

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
