NASHUA – William Mosher, a former three-term member of the Board of Education who did not seek reelection in 2019, died Monday at St. Joseph Hospital.

Mosher, 85, also served two terms as a state Representative for Nashua’s Ward 8, where he served on the Transportation Committee as well as on two rail-related committees.

He leaves his wife, Milvia, five children and 14 grandchildren.
