Part of the 200 block of Main Street is blocked off after part of the facade of 243 Main St. began to collapse.

Fire crews and other officials were on the scene Saturday afternoon after 4 p.m. assessing the situation.

The building department is evaluating the situation; however, no one was available for comment later in the evening. Additional details will follow.
