CONCORD – State police arrested Londonderry resident Dylan M. Lally early Sunday morning, shortly after he lost control of his vehicle and crashed on an I-93 ramp.

Lally, 21, faces one count each of driving while intoxicated and violating the open-container law, according to police.

They said Lally suffered what they described as minor injuries, for which he was treated at a local hospital.

Troopers, upon responding to calls for the crash around 2:30 a.m., found a vehicle “with extensive damage” blocking both lanes of travel.

The crash occurred in the southbound lanes of I-93, when Lally allegedly failed to navigate the ramp from Route 393. The car left the road, traveled across both travel lanes, struck the center median guardrail then came to rest in the travel lanes, police said.

The roadway was temporarily shut down for the removal of the vehicle.

Police ask anyone who witnessed the crash to contact Trooper Anthony Pratt at Anthony.Pratt@dos.nh.gov.
