Several indictments are handed up

NASHUA – Allegations involving threats with instruments including a hatchet, a hammer, a metal rod, a knife, a switchblade and a 9 mm Glock firearm are among the charges on which the grand jury for Hillsborough County Superior Court-South handed up indictments during the December session.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but represents the Grand Jury’s determination that enough evidence exists for prosecutors to move the case forward in Superior Court.

Those, and some of the other indictments the grand jury handed up, follow.

• Jessica Parker, 35, of 53 Harbor Ave., Nashua. Two counts, second-degree assault – domestic violence, and one count, criminal threatening – deadly weapon, Class B felonies, for allegedly holding up a hammer to an intimate partner and stating, “I’m going to get you with this,” and applying pressure to the alleged victim’s neck and applying a chokehold, causing impeded breathing, on Oct. 27 in Nashua

• Matthew Garcia, 30, of 386 Kelley St., Manchester. One count each, criminal threatening – deadly weapon, and convicted felons, Class B felonies, for allegedly placing a knife against a person’s neck, and possessing a switchblade as a convicted felon, on Sept. 26 in Nashua.

• Ryan Flannery, 24, of 50-B Pine Road, Hudson. One count each, burglary, Class A felony, and criminal threatening – deadly weapon, Class B felony, for allegedly unlawfully entering a residence at night and threatening to use a hatchet against a family member, on Oct. 18 in Hudson.

• Charles Deprima, 48, of 93 West St., Apt. 55, Milford. One count each, second-degree assault – deadly weapon, and falsifying physical evidence, both Class B felonies, and one count of simple assault – domestic violence, Class A misdemeanor, for allegedly recklessly causing bodily injury to a household member by striking him in the legs with an aluminum rod, causing welts, and concealing the rod in a dumpster to impair a police investigation, on Oct. 16 in Milford.

• Henri Guite, 39, of 14-R Sanders Road, Hudson. One count each, criminal threatening – deadly weapon, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and falsifying physical evidence, all Class B felonies, for allegedly waving around a 9 mm Glock firearm with the purpose to terrorize an intimate partner, possessing a firearm after having been previously convicted of a felony offense, and concealing the firearm with a purpose to impair a police investigation, on Oct. 17 in Hudson.

• Lilliana Velasquez-Londono, 33, of 132 Harris Road, Nashua. Four counts, identity fraud – pose as another, Class A felonies, for allegedly posing as another person to apply for four different credit cards, in order to obtain goods, from January 2018 to March 2019, in Nashua.

• Timothy Smith, 39, of no fixed address, Manchester. Two counts, possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense, Class A felonies; two counts, accomplice to sale of a controlled drug, and one count, falsifying physical evidence, Class B felonies, for allegedly aiding another individual in the sale of crack cocaine to a Nashua police agent, possessing fentanyl and cocaine after having been previously convicted of a drug-related offense, and kicking a bag of cocaine underneath a bed to conceal it and to impair a police investigation, on Sept. 10 and 11 and Oct. 7 in Nashua.

• Xavier Luna, 25, of 5 Beard St., Apt. 2, Nashua. One count each, first-degree assault, Class A felony, and second-degree assault, Class B felony, for allegedly recklessly, and knowingly, causing serious bodily injury to a 5-month-old child by squeezing him against his body, causing a broken arm, and causing bruising to the child’s face, on Sept. 23 in Nashua.

• Jan Garcia, 18, of 79 Lake St., Apt. A, Nashua. Two counts, second-degree assault – domestic violence, Class B felonies, for allegedly strangling a former intimate partner by putting his hands around her neck and putting his arm around her neck, on Sept. 22 in Nashua.

• Jason Beaulieu, 27, of 9 Pleasant St., Apt. B, Nashua. One count each, robbery, and possession of controlled drug, Class B felonies, for allegedly grabbing a person from behind, tackling him to the ground and taking his cellphone, and possessing cocaine, on Sept. 24 and Oct. 3, in Nashua.

• Bradley Cole, 29, of 243 Main St., Apt. 34, Nashua. One count, second-degree assault – domestic violence, Class B felony, for allegedly strangling an intimate partner, causing impeded breathing to the point of losing consciousness, on Oct. 15 in Nashua.

•Melanie Deschene, 38, of 19 Oakland Ave., Nashua. One count, theft by unauthorized taking, Class A felony, for allegedly exercising unauthorized control over $6,632, the property of other, by transferring the funds from the person’s accounts to her own accounts without permission, on April 2 in Nashua.
