Nashuans, Hollis woman indicted in Manchester court

MANCHESTER – A grand jury for Hillsborough County Superior Court North has indicted five residents of Nashua and one person from Hollis, according to the list released Friday.
An indictment is not an indication, or proof of, guilt, but represents the Grand Jury’s determination that enough evidence exists for prosecutors to move the case forward in Superior Court.
Three indictments were handed up for Cornelius C. Stanley, 22, of 5 Danforth Road, Apt. 2, Nashua. Two are on the charge of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, which are special felonies, and one for possession of a controlled drug, a Class B felony.
The charges accuse Stanley of possessing fentanyl and cocaine, both in quantities of more than five grams, with the intent to sell, and of possessing a quantity of fentanyl, all on Nov. 1 in Manchester.
* Krystal Boyle, 39, of 40 Flagg Road, Hollis. One count, theft – two prior convictions, Class B felony, for allegedly stealing money from an individual doing business as Subway, on July 19 in Amherst, after having been twice convicted of theft of property or services.
* Nichole Soucy, 31, of 69 1/2 Vine St., Nashua. One count, criminal mischief, Class B felony, for allegedly purposely damaging the property of another by pushing over a motorcycle owned by another person, causing a pecuniary loss of more than $1,500, on Oct. 25 in Goffstown.
* Brian Surette, 40, of 57.5 Kinsley St., Apt. 1, Nashua. One count, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, Class B felony, for allegedly having a firearm in his possession on Oct. 20, in Manchester, after having been convicted of a felony charge.
Joshua Forrester, 30, of 23 Amherst St., Apt. A, Nashua. One count, possession of fentanyl – subsequent offense, Class A felony, for allegedly possessing the controlled drug fentanyl on Dec. 19 in Manchester, after having been convicted of a drug-related offense, and while on release.
* Richard Gurley, 23, of 48 Chestnut St., Apt. A, Nashua. One count, possession of a controlled drug, Class B felony, for allegedly possessing heroin on Oct. 11 in Manchester.
