Locals indicted by grand jury on various charges

NASHUA – Charges of sexual assault, identity fraud, and the ramifications of an alleged road rage episode in Brookline are among the allegations on which the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South grand jury handed up indictments for the January term.

An indictment is not proof of guilt, but represents the Grand Jury’s determination that enough evidence exists for prosecutors to move the case forward in Superior Court.

Jerome Davis, 51, of 124 Bridge St., Milford. Three counts, sale of a controlled drug; one count, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, all special felonies, for allegedly selling fentanyl to undercover law enforcement personnel on Oct. 29 and Nov. 1, and possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute on Nov. 7, all in Milford.

Jose de la Rosadias, 24, of 125 Summit Ave., Jersey City, N.J. One count each, attempted theft, and attempted falsifying physical evidence, felonies, for allegedly acting in concert with Edgar Santana to try to obtain an iPhone valued in excess of $1,000 by creating a fraudulent order using another person’s personal information and identity, and attempting to destroy and conceal two fraudulent documents during a police investigation, on Oct. 31 in Nashua.

Amuri Diole, 25, of 119 Manchester St., Manchester. One count each, second-degree assault, and falsifying physical evidence, felonies, for allegedly recklessly causing serious injury to another person by striking the person in the face, causing a nasal fracture, and deleting a recording of an altercation from a cell phone, on Nov. 19 in Merrimack.

Aaron Eldredge, 30, of no fixed address, Nashua. One count each, robbery, and burglary, felonies, for allegedly using physical force on a person while stealing scratch tickets from a market, on Dec. 4, and unlawfully entering a market when it was not open, on Dec. 5, both in Nashua.

Gary Gahan, 43, of 15B Ryan Road, Goffstown. One count, theft, amount in excess of $1,501, felony, for allegedly taking unauthorized control over multiple checks worth $72,500, belonging to another, and spending it on personal expenses, between Dec. 6, 2011 and Jan. 25, 2013, in Merrimack.

John Hein, 36, of 232 Hall St., Manchester. One count, theft by deception, amount in excess of $1,501, felony; two counts, forgery, felony, for allegedly cashing a fraudulent check, and presenting two forged checks fraudulently made payable to Hein, on Dec. 12 in Hudson and Pelham.

Tarell Mables, 25, of 30 Lowell St., Apt. 3, Nashua. Two counts, second-degree assault – domestic violence, felonies, for allegedly recklessly causing bodily injury to another under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life by punching the person repeatedly in the face, causing a nasal fracture and closed head injury, and striking the person repeatedly in the face, on Sept. 19 in Nashua.

Arthur McDeed, 60, of 20 Digital Drive, Apt. 202, Nashua. One count, gross lewdness in presence of a child under age 16, felony, for allegedly performing an act of sexual contact on himself in the presence of a child under 16, by exposing and fondling his genitalia in a public place known as the YMCA, on Oct. 27 in Merrimack.

Blake Morris, 27, of 89.5 Palm St., Apt. 2, Nashua. One count each, possession of a controlled drug, subsequent offense, felony; felon in possession of dangerous weapon and falsifying physical evidence, felonies, for allegedly possessing fentanyl after having been convicted of drug-related offense in 2017, possessing a five-inch metallic folding knife as a convicted felon, and hiding in the ceiling above a bathroom shower and discarding two bags containing substance believed to be fentanyl, on Nov. 2 in Nashua.

Jeremy Raskiewicz, 38, of 21 Underhill St., Nashua. One count, criminal threatening, felony, for allegedly threatening to commit a crime of violence by threatening to blow up the National Guard Army in Nashua, causing the building to be evacuated, on Nov. 28.
