NASHUA – To create better options for real estate in New Hampshire, RE/MAX Innovative and RE/MAX Properties have combined efforts to put more than 70 agents to work for the consolidated company: RE/MAX Innovative Properties.

“The goal is to push New Hampshire real estate forward by fully embracing the social/digital aspects of client interaction, while also sticking true to that deep-rooted customer service driven philosophy,” founder of Geny Marketing and Design Mike Biundo Jr. said.

RE/MAX Properties maintained offices in Nashua, Hollis and Pelham, while RE/MAX Innovative operated in Londonderry. On Sept. 1, the entities merged to become a single company.

Broker/Owners Joshua Naughton, Andrew White and Hollie Halverson combined forces with Broker/Owner Rick Stoudt to increase their market share. The company does business along the New Hampshire and Massachusetts border, Stoudt said.

Stoudt, who will be staying on as managing broker of the Nashua office, has 45 years of real estate experience and has been a broker/owner for 32 years.

Stoudt comes from a family background in real estate. Stoudt said his father came to New Hampshire in 1958 to start his real estate career as a sales manager for Sam Tamposi Real Estate.

After that, Stoudt’s father and two colleagues formed Tamposi Associates at 1 Main St. at the top of Library Hill. Stoudt’s father ended up buying out his partners and became the president of Stoudt Realty.

By 1968, Stoudt’s father moved the company’s headquarters to 230 Amherst St. Stoudt’s father retired and sold the property and the Stoudt Realty business to his sons, Hank and Rick in 1986. The Stoudt brothers then worked with John Doran, who brought the first RE/MAX to New Hampshire.

Stoudt said merging the two companies has been a smooth process.

“The reality of it is, there’s more resources, more synergy and more energy in the company,” Stoudt said.

Stoudt and Naughton said they have the same goal of continuing to expand their company and their market share. Naughton said Southern New Hampshire is a great area in which to live.

“When you are in Nashua, you are an hour to anything the lakes, the mountains, Boston. There’s everything here that you could want at your fingertips,” Naughton said.
