WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) announced today that the New Hampshire State Society Event, “Experience New Hampshire,” will return to the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday, June 8th. Shaheen, along with U.S. Senator Maggie Hassan (D-NH), Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02) and Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01), will attend the event, which exhibits Granite State businesses in the U.S. Capitol to showcase premier New Hampshire products. This will be the first “Experience New Hampshire” event since 2019 and marks the New Hampshire State Society’s 11th anniversary of hosting the reception.
“I’m thrilled to finally announce that Experience New Hampshire is back!” said Senator Shaheen. “It’s so wonderful to see this treasured event return for the first time in two years, where our nation’s leaders and industry representatives can experience for themselves all of the incredible products that New Hampshire has to offer. From sweet treats to drinks to services and educational opportunities, the Granite State is full of thriving businesses that provide an array of highly sought-after products and opportunities. Experience New Hampshire is an exciting event for our local vendors to showcase their efforts and expand their connections outside of the Granite State. Granite Staters and our business community are a resilient and determined group and I know that those who attend the reception will be impressed by the wide array of New Hampshire made products. It is great news that Experience New Hampshire is returning after its hiatus, and I look forward to attending this special event.”
