New mobile parking app coming to Nashua

By Staff | Jun 21, 2024

NASHUA — The city is partnering with Passport Parking to launch a new mobile parking payment app.

Effective July 1, the Passport Parking app will be available to conveniently pay for and manage parking sessions across the city.

After downloading the free Passport Parking app from the App Store or Google Play, a user enters the respective zone number, license plate number and the desired length of time for parking. Users can receive notifications when their sessions are about to expire, extend their sessions remotely and view receipts and parking history. Users can also conveniently manage their parking online at passportparking.com.

“We are continuously striving to improve our parking and mobility operations for both our staff and our users, and Passport’s real-time technology will take us to that next level,” said Parking Manager Jillian Stansfield. “Thanks to Passport, we will soon be able to process payments and provide better experiences by leveraging one mobile payment platform.”

“We are excited to support the launch of the city of Nashua’s new mobile payment vendor,” said Anthony Caddell, a senior account executive at Passport. “We can help cities like Nashua operate more efficiently and enhance the parking experience for the parkers.”
