Granite VNA names Monique Lippert director of clinical support

CONCORD – Home health and hospice agency Granite VNA announces Monique Lippert, RN, as its new director of clinical support. In this role, Lippert will provide leadership and oversight to the agency’s paraprofessionals, telemonitoring staff and virtual visit nurse teams. She will also manage the agency’s clinical triage team and operation.

“We are excited to welcome Monique to the Granite VNA team,” said Julie Stone, vice president of strategy. “Monique’s experience and background in nursing, home care and team management will be a tremendous asset to our team and to our patients.”

Lippert brings 13 years of experience in various home and health care settings, including large inpatient care facilities and rehabilitation centers. In addition, Lippert has experience with home and transitional care management and business development.

Prior to joining Granite VNA, Lippert served as a homecare clinical manager for Home Health and Hospice Care in Merrimack, NH, where she oversaw and led a variety of teams. She previously served as a transitional care nurse for Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, and as an inpatient acute rehabilitation registered nurse at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.

Lippert holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Saint Joseph’s College in Maine.

Granite VNA provides home health and hospice care to residents of 82 communities throughout the Capital Region and central New Hampshire and at Hospice House in Concord.
