Granite VNA’s Beth Slepian honored with 2022 Business Excellence Award
CONCORD – Beth Slepian, president and CEO of Granite VNA, formerly Concord Regional VNA and Central NH VNA & Hospice, was recently awarded the 2022 Business Excellence Award in the Healthcare category for large organizations from NH Business Review. The annual Business Excellence awards recognize the imagination, industriousness, innovation and achievements of New Hampshire business people.
Slepian will be honored at the annual Business Excellence Awards ceremony on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the awards program.
“I am deeply humbled and honored to be recognized by New Hampshire Business Review with this award, which is a testament to the importance of a leader having a purpose,” said Slepian. “For me, that is making an impact every day, effecting positive change and making a difference in those I have the privilege of leading. Granite VNA has provided me the opportunity and I am so grateful for the work we do together.”
Slepian was recognized for leading the merger of Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice and Concord Regional VNA to form Granite VNA. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, she helped Granite VNA to continue to grow and expand patient services and community wellness programming. As a stalwart supporter of the agency’s staff, Slepian continues to lead the effort to create a shared culture post-merger.
“Thanks to Beth’s leadership, Granite VNA emerged from the pandemic stronger than ever before,” said Melvin Severance, CFP, AAMS, Principal at Curbstone Financial Management Corporation, and a 12-year member of the Granite VNA Board of Trustees. “I continue to be impressed not only by her remarkable leadership, but also her sincere commitment to her staff, and to the patients and families we serve. I am thrilled that Beth’s accomplishments were recognized by NH Business Review.”
