City man charged in jewelry store burglary

NASHUA – Nathan Ladue, 34, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Dec. 9 in connection with the alleged burglary of Euddy Jewelry in September.

According to the Nashua Police Department, on Sept. 28, officers received a report that approximately $150,000 in merchandise had been stolen. After reviewing surveillance footage, officers ran Ladue’s license plate and identified him as their suspect.

While searching Ladue’s vehicle and residence, police recovered several pieces of jewelry as well as illegal drugs.

He has been charged with two counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of possession of a controlled drug and receiving stolen property.

Ladue was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Dec. 10.

Under state law, if convicted, Ladue could face up to 45 years in prison, up to 20 years of probation and up to $18,000 in fines.
