Nashua, Hudson drug runners admit guilt

CONCORD – Timothy Boston, 38, of Nashua, and Riley Paletta, 26, of Hudson, recently pled guilty to their involvement in a drug trafficking ring.

According to U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan’s Office, Boston and Paletta were two of 12 individuals who pleaded guilty to distributing fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine.

In October 2023, law enforcement was notified that text messages and social media messaging apps were being used to send drugs from Lowell and Lawrence, Mass. to customers in New Hampshire and Maine.

During the next several months, officers made a series of controlled purchases resulting in the seizure of two-and-a-half kilograms of fentanyl, 250 grams of methamphetamine and 28 grams of cocaine. A number of handguns were also confiscated. As the investigation continued, officers searched the drug organization’s social media accounts, its vehicles and residences. Those searches revealed another 20 kilograms of fentanyl, one kilogram of methamphetamine, 200 grams of cocaine and assorted firearms.

Boston and Paletta pled guilty to conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances. Boston was sentenced to 30 months in prison and two years of supervised release. Paletta has not yet been sentenced.

The other individuals involved in the drug operation include Jacob King, 41, of Milton, Moses Losuk, 28, of Portland, Maine, William Wheelock, 34, of Windham, Maine, Alexander Wilson, 38, of Belfast, Maine, Benjamin Fields, 41, of Laconia, Robert Arrington, 38, of Bangor, Maine, John Titus, 35, of Farmington, Robert Whiteside Jr., 46, of Exeter, Christian Gerlach, 52, of Manchester and Amanda Gray, 39, of Fairfield, Maine.
