Massachusetts man charged with Guitar Center theft

NASHUA – Graham Nasson, 27, of Lowell, Mass., was taken into custody on Nov. 7 in connection with an alleged theft at the Guitar Center.
According to the Nashua Police Department, on March 20, officers responded to the business at 258 Daniel Webster Hwy. for a report of stolen instruments. The store manager reportedly told police that Nasson, a Guitar Center employee, admitted to stealing two instruments that were valued more than $10,000.
The instruments were later recovered during the investigation.
Nasson has been charged with theft by unauthorized taking of more than $1,501.
He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Dec. 9.
Under state law, Nasson could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
