NASHUA – Mason Guerette-Messuri, 21, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Aug. 26 for the alleged possession of child sexual abuse images.
According to the Nashua Police Department, in April, detectives with the Cybercrimes Against Children Unit received two reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children indicating the presence of CSAI.
Working with the state’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, detectives searched Guerette-Messuri’s residence, vehicle and seized his electronic devices. The results of the searches reportedly provided enough evidence to charge Guerette-Messuri with four counts of CSAI possession.

Under state law, if convicted, Guerette-Messuri could face up to 60 years in prison, up to 20 years of probation and up to $16,000 in fines.
