Seth Skillin, 44, of Manchester, was taken into custody on July 9 in connection with two armed robberies in Londonderry and Manchester.

According to the Londonderry Police Department, officers responded to Route 102 Gas, 7 Nashua Rd. at 5:20 p.m. on July 8. An employee told them that Skillin came into the store, pulled out a knife and demanded cash from the register.

Skillin then left the store and reportedly fled in the direction of Londonderry Road.

The following day, at 3:10 p.m., the Manchester Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery at Walgreens, 227 South Main St. in which Skillin was later identified as the suspect.

Like the Londonderry robbery, officers were told that he came into the store, brandished a knife and demanded money from the register.

During the investigation, Manchester Police received a Be On the Lookout alert from Londonderry with a description of a vehicle that Skillin was reported to be driving. Manchester officers later located the vehicle during a traffic stop and Skillin was placed under arrest.

He has been charged with two counts of armed robbery and driving after revocation/suspension.

Skillin was scheduled to be arraigned in Manchester District Court on July 10.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $9,000 in fines.
