City man faces 11 felony counts of reckless conduct

NASHUA – Nicholas Tsetsakis, 23, of Nashua, was taken into custody on July 4 following a gun incident on Mason Street.

According to the Nashua Police Department, on July 3, officers responded to a report of gunfire in the area of Mason and Worcester streets. During their investigation, police reviewed surveillance footage which allegedly showed Tsetsakis firing a gun 11 times.

He has since been charged with 11 counts of reckless conduct.

Tsetsakis was held on preventative detention and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on July 7.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 77 years in prison, up to 55 years of probation and up to $44,000 in fines.
