Police nab seven in Lock Street drug bust

NASHUA – The Nashua and Hudson police departments announced, on April 30, that seven suspects were taken into custody following an 18-month drug investigation.
Since the fall of 2023, police had responded to numerous common nuisance and drug incidents at 74 Lock St.
While searching the residence, officers reportedly seized various quantities of fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, buprenorphine and naloxone. The individuals placed under arrest are as follows:
Jessica Berube, 38, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug (methamphetamine), subsequent offense and resisting arrest/detention. She was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court on May 29. Under state law, if convicted, Berube could face up to 31 years in prison and up to $502,000 in fines.
Andrew Sanders, 40, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl), subsequent offense. He was held on cash bail and was transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court on May 1. Under state law, if convicted, Sanders could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Ashley Lavoie, 30, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl), subsequent offense. She was released on a $250 cash bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court on May 28. Under state law, if convicted, Lavoie could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Anileah Buswell, 25, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest/detention. Buswell was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court on May 29. Under state law, if convicted, Buswell could face up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $2,000.
Rodney Maulding, 38, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest/detention. He was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court on May 29. Under state law, if convicted, Maulding could face up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $2,000.
Dustin Richards, 33, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest/detention. He was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court on May 29. Under state law, if convicted, Richards could face up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $2,000.
Noreen Mainguy, 61, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest/detention. She was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court on May 29. Under state law, if convicted, Mainguy could face up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $2,000.
