NASHUA – The World Academy Alumni Association will be hosting its annual comedy night on May 9.

The event will be held at the school located at 138 Spit Brook Rd. and will feature comedian Juston McKinney.

Originally from Portsmouth, McKinney has made multiple appearances on the Tonight Show and Comedy Central. He currently has two one-hour specials on Amazon Prime and his latest special, “On the Bright Side” is available for free on McKinney’s YouTube channel.

McKinney has also been named “Best of New Hampshire” by NH Magazine and The New York Times said he is “Destined for Stardom.”

According to his website, McKinney got into comedy after spending seven years “patrolling the woods” as a deputy sheriff in York County, Maine.
