Merrimack man killed in Turnpike crash

NASHUA – Christopher Duval, 44, of Merrimack, was killed during the early morning of Nov. 24 in a single-vehicle crash on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.
According to State Police, Duval was travelling northbound when, at 1:12 a.m., he lost control of his 2019 Kia Sorento while in the far right lane near exit 8. The preliminary investigation suggested that Duval “crossed multiple lanes to the left and collided head-on with the center median barrier.”
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The left two lanes of the Turnpike were closed for about two hours following the crash.

According to his obituary, Duval was born in Nashua on June 2, 1980 and graduated from Milford High School in 1999. He was also a chef and an avid fisherman. Duval leaves behind his wife Lisa of 16 years and their two children, Ella and Christopher, Jr.
