NASHUA – Jayson Tucker, 26, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Sept. 23 on a felony warrant charging him with domestic violence.

According to the Nashua Police Department, in November 2023, officers responded to a residence for a domestic violence incident. The location of the incident was not released.

A woman at the residence, whose identity was not released, allegedly told police that Tucker had been calling her and sending her messages, which was in violation of a domestic violence final order.

Officers later learned that Tucker had been previously convicted of stalking, which elevated the domestic violence charge to a Class B felony.

Tucker was arrested in Massachusetts on Sept. 19 and was held at the Bristol County House of Correction in North Dartmouth, Mass.

He has since been charged with two counts of stalking-domestic violence and two counts of violating a protective order.

Tucker was not eligible for bail and was arraigned in Nashua District Court on Sept. 24.

Under state law, if convicted, Tucker could face up to eight years in prison, up to five years probation and up to $6,000 in fines.
