18th annual Best of the Region Awards held in Hollis

By Staff | Oct 2, 2023

HOLLIS – On Wednesday, Sept. 27, the Greater Merrimack-Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce hosted a memorable evening at the Alpine Grove Banquet Facility in Hollis. The 18th annual Best of the Region Awards event brought together members of the community, local businesses, and esteemed partners to celebrate excellence in the Greater Merrimack-Souhegan Valley Region.

The atmosphere was vibrant and a great time was had by all in attendance. This event would not have been possible without the support of our media partner, The Telegraph, whose partnership contributed to the event’s success.

Event sponsor Franklin Savings Bank played a pivotal role in making the evening even more special. The bank’s generosity and support are greatly appreciated and guests left the event with delightful swag items courtesy of Franklin Savings Bank.

The venue was beautifully adorned with mum centerpieces provided by Trombly Gardens, adding a touch of elegance to the occasion. Weddings in New England ensured that the sound quality for the evening was impeccable.

One of the highlights of the evening was a 50/50 raffle held to benefit the GMSVCC Scholarship Program. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who participated and congratulate the lucky winner, for their generosity in donating their more than $500 winnings back to the Scholarship Fund. The success of the Silent Auction was made possible by the many businesses that generously donated items. We are thankful for their contributions and support, which directly benefit the Greater Merrimack-Souhegan Valley community.

The Greater Merrimack-Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce is committed to promoting the prosperity and growth of our region. Events like the Best of the Region Awards highlight the exceptional businesses and individuals that make our community thrive.
