Nashua PAL to recognize outstanding youth and residents at Night of Champions
NASHUA – Nashua Police Athletic League’s Night of Champions Gala presented by the Nashua Police Patrolman’s Association will be held at Sky Meadow Country Club on Oct. 12. Nashua PAL is honoring outstanding youth in each PAL sports/afterschool programs and exceptional adults that have contributed their valuable time to PAL youth – a Coach of the Year and PAL of the Year.
“Each young PAL leader has already made a big impact in their sport and/or community, and Nashua PAL is proud to highlight and honor these amazing PAL youth,” said Nashua PAL’s Executive Director Shaun Nelson. “The Coach of the Year [Nadia Calden] and PAL of the Year [Officer Kevin Pucillo] adult awardees are both individuals that have gone above and beyond in their volunteerism with PAL. They have made such a difference in the lives of Nashua youth, it’s our honor to award them for their outstanding service.”
PAL’s Night of Champions Gala is a main fundraiser for the organization. All funds raised directly support more than 2,000 PAL youth in robust education-focused programming, such as free afterschool and summer care provided at the PAL Youth Safe Haven to more than 250 youth.
The Nashua Police Patrolman’s Association is thrilled to be the Leadership Champion and title sponsor for PAL’s Night of Champions Gala.

The Giaquinto family is excited to return as a presenting sponsor for PAL’s Night of Champions. The Giaquinto family is PAL’s Success Champion presenting the Night of Champions’ Live Auction and VIP Cocktail Hour. Michael Giaquinto states that his family “believes strongly in Nashua PAL’s vision – income should never be a barrier for youth success.” The Giaquinto’s support Nashua PAL’s Accelerating Success program which focuses on eliminating any financial hurdles standing in the way of success.
