By Staff | Sep 1, 2023

NASHUA – Police Chief Kevin Rourke recently announced that registration is now open for the 34th Citizens Police Academy, which will begin on Sept. 26.

The nine-week program will be held in the Police Department classroom and will run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. every Tuesday through Nov. 21.

The purpose of the program is to educate residents about how the Police Department works. During the program, participants will have a firsthand look at the inner workings of the department.

There is no cost for the program, but space is limited and interested residents are urged to register as soon as possible.

For more information or to register, contact Community Policing Coordinator Barbara Costa at 603-594-3544.
