NASHUA – Grand jury indictments were handed down this week for the four men charged in December in connection with an alleged burglary and theft ring at Majestic Motors, a car dealership at 734 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack.

Indicted were:

Dylan John Ramos, 19, 600 Hevey St., Manchester: Indicted on one count each of theft, Class A felony; theft, Class B felony; burglary, Class B felony

Richard A. Nocella, 19, 11 Second St., Goffstown: Indicted on one count each of theft, Class A felony; theft, Class B felony; burglary, Class B felony

Tobin Gregory Perry, 20, 22 Thomas Drive, Goffstown: Indicted on one count each of burglary and theft, Class B felonies

John S. Ives, 21, 104 Riverdale Road, New Boston: Indicted on one count each of burglary and theft, both Class B felonies.

Perry, Ramos and Ives were arrested Dec. 17, at which time a warrant was issued for Nocella, according to police reports. Nocella was subsequently taken into custody after police conducted a search of a garage in Dunbarton and were led to one of the items reported stolen from Majestic Motors, a 1955 Dodge Power Wagon pick-up truck.

Nocella is accused of “acting in concert” with Ramos on Nov. 30 or Dec. 1, 2014, to remove the truck “from a secured container” at Majestic Motors, according to Nocella’s theft indictment.

All four are charged with burglary for allegedly breaking into Majestic Motors on Dec. 15-16, and with Class B felony theft for allegedly stealing tires and rims at that time.

The indictments describe the items as two sets of aluminum rims and tires “valued in excess of $1,000 in the aggregate,” meaning their combined value.

The events that led to the arrests began in the pre-dawn hours of Dec. 17, when officers patrolling the area of Majestic Motors spotted a Chevrolet pickup truck registered to Ives parked outside the dealership’s fenced in yard. In the bed of the truck, police said, where various tools and motor vehicle parts.

As officers approached the dealership, they discovered four men with flashlights inside the main office. As they watched, police said, they observed the men gathering tools from the office.

The suspects eventually spotted police approaching the building, at which point they took off on foot and tried to flee the area, police said.

Police took up pursuit, caught up to them and placed them under arrest, police said.

Merrimack police said at the time that officers assigned to patrol in the area of Majestic Motors had been on heightened alert since Dec. 1, when the theft of the 1955 pick-up truck was reported.

An investigation, which police said included “extensive interviews,” eventually led police to the Dunbarton garage, where they found the truck and other auto parts allegedly stolen from Majestic Motors.

Police said they were able to recover the truck and the other items with the assistance of Dunbarton police.
